Workshop Overview

Staying Steady in a Market That Won’t Sit Still
Wellbeing, resilience and connection for women in recruitment

The recruitment industry is no stranger to pressure. Economic uncertainty, shifting hiring demand, cautious clients, anxious candidates, AI disruption, and the constant push to perform can create a work environment that feels relentless. For many women in recruitment, this sits alongside the demands of family life and the invisible load of caring for others.

This interactive morning workshop is designed to bring women in recruitment together for a meaningful space of connection, support, and practical learning.

Together, we’ll explore how to stay clear-headed, grounded, and effective in a market that keeps changing. Participants will gain insight into the emotional impact of sustained uncertainty, recognise common stress patterns that emerge under pressure, and learn practical evidence-based tools to regulate stress, reset during the workday, and protect long-term wellbeing.

We’ll also reconnect with personal values as a source of motivation and sustainable performance helping attendees move beyond survival mode and lead themselves with intention.

With guided discussion and shared reflection throughout, this session supports participants to build genuine relationships, share experiences, and strengthen community within the industry.

Ideal for women in recruitment who want to feel steadier, more supported, and better equipped to thrive in a demanding profession.
